Supporting the lower back during core work, this sit-up pad for abdominal training follows the natural curve of the spine to reduce strain and make every crunch count. The foam filling adds comfort, and the durable PVC cover wipes clean easily with a damp cloth after each session.

Measuring approx. 7 x 30.5 x 37 cm (H x W x D), the black pad slides under your lower back on any floor or training mat and gives you a consistent position for core and abdominal workouts. The combination of a PVC cover and EPE foam keeps it comfortable yet easy to care for, so it is ready for the next session straight away. Decorative items are not included. Give your ab routine better support and add this sit-up pad to your training kit.
