Barbell drop pads in a set of two that absorb part of the impact energy when weights are lowered or dropped, helping to cut noise, vibrations and direct impact on the floor. Placed on both sides of the training station, they give the plates a landing surface during intensive strength workouts and double as a raised platform for block pulls.

These shock-absorbing pads are especially useful for exercises where the barbell is lowered or set down after every repetition. Because the same pair also works as a raised platform with a modified starting height, there is no need for a separate raised platform to diversify your strength training. Each pad measures 76 × 60 × 15 cm, and after the session both are simple to move or store away from the training area. Protect your floor and expand your lifting options with one versatile set.
